Where older Dedham kitchen layouts create friction

A two-week decision delay in week one is a two-week delay at the end, and every one of those days is a day without a kitchen.
On older Dedham houses, floors are rarely level and walls are rarely plumb. Cabinets set without shimming and scribing produce doors that do not line up and countertop seams that open within the year. That work happens at installation; it cannot be corrected afterwards.
Finish work gets its own time in the schedule rather than whatever is left over.
