What we do with your information

What we collect

When you submit the estimate form, we store what you typed into it:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• How you would prefer to be contacted
• The service you asked about, and the town — plus the ZIP code and street address if you gave them
• Your description of the project, and your rough timeframe if you gave one
• Any photos you attached
• Which page you were on when you started the form, and which site referred you
• The date and time, and your browser's user-agent string

The contact form collects your name, email, an optional phone number, and your message. Those are emailed to us and not stored in a database.

Why we collect it

To reply to you and to price the work. That is the only reason. The photos in particular are what let us give you a number that is close to the real one without a wasted visit.

Where it goes

• A private database. Estimate requests are stored in a Supabase (Postgres) database hosted in the United States. It is not readable from the public internet.
• Private file storage. Photos go into a private storage bucket. There is no public link to them. When we need to look at one, the system generates a temporary link that stops working after thirty days.
• Email. A notification goes to Eastwest and a confirmation goes to you, sent through Resend.

That is the complete list. Your details are not sent to advertising networks, data brokers, or any other third party.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see which pages people find useful. When an estimate request is submitted we record the service, the town, the page it came from, and how many photos were attached — nothing more.

Your name, phone number, email address, street address, project description and photos are never sent to Google Analytics. That is enforced in the code and covered by an automated test, not just by policy.

How long we keep it

Estimate requests and their photos are kept while they are useful — an enquiry that turns into a job is worth keeping as a record of the work; one that goes nowhere is not.

Asking us to delete it

Email or call and ask. We will delete your enquiry and any photos you sent, and confirm when it is done. You do not need to give a reason.

Cookies

The site itself sets no cookies. Google Analytics sets its own to tell repeat visits apart. There is no advertising or tracking beyond that.
